🗓️Our Epic Tournament Schedule: We are one of the most active leagues around! While we usually meet once a month, we ramp up the action in the summer to keep the momentum going.
- 14 Regular League Tournaments: We hold monthly tournaments year-round, with two tournaments in July and two tournaments in August.
- Special Events: Beyond the regular league, we host exciting specialty formats including:
- Fair Strikes and Pin Golf events.
- Tilted Halo’s Tournament Weekend (March): Our signature multi-day women’s event!
- And much more throughout the year!

We meet at Arkadium Retro Arcade in Sherwood Park, Alberta.
2026 League Schedule:

Just a fun night out playing pinball with the girls. The format is a 14-game max match play format, which allows players to play lots of games during the night versus different players.
Top 8 finals for attendance 17+, otherwise it will be a top 4 if under 17.
$5 drop in fee (first timers free) or $30 League fee for the 2026 calendar year.

Strikes Tournament – January 16, 2026:

😇🔥 ARK ANGELS PRESENTS LAST HALO STANDING Fair Strikes Pinball Tournament 🔥😇
- 📅 Tournament Date: January 16, 2026. Tournament Start: 7:00 PM
- 🎯 10-Strike Knockout Format
- 👼 Lose a game, earn strikes – 0, 1, or 2 strikes per game based on finishing position. Strikes accumulate throughout the night, and once you hit 10 strikes, you’re eliminated. Last player standing keeps their halo 👼
- 💵 Entry Fee: $20. $1 per player goes to IFPA. Remaining funds go into the prize pool.
- 🏆 Payouts: Top 4 finishers paid (1st–4th). Payout percentages will be announced prior to the start and are based on total entries.

- Early Bird Package (on sale until January 29, 2026): $100 includes all 4 women’s events plus admission to Arkadium Thursday-Sunday (Savings of up to $49 for the weekend)
- Full Tournament Package (on sale after January 29, 2026): $125 includes 4 women’s events plus admission to Arkadium Thursday-Sunday (Savings of up to $24 for the weekend)
Individual events pricing if you do not buy a package:
- Thursday Max Matchplay: $5 (free if first time) plus Arkadium admission
- Friday Round Robin: $20 plus Arkadium admission (playoffs on Saturday)
- Saturday Pingolf: $20 plus Arkadium admission (playoffs on Sunday)
- Sunday Target Matchplay: $20 plus Arkadium admission
Trophies, plaques, and/or cash prizes will be provided to division winners for Friday-Sunday tournaments! $1 per player for each tournament event goes to IFPA.

Women’s Pinball Tournament Code of Conduct
This Code of Conduct exists to ensure that all participants, volunteers, organizers, sponsors, and spectators experience a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful environment at our women’s pinball tournaments. By attending or participating, you agree to uphold the following standards.
1. Our Commitment
We are committed to providing a safe, supportive, and fun space that celebrates competition, camaraderie, and community. Discrimination, harassment, or exclusion of any kind will not be tolerated.
2. Expected Behavior
All participants and attendees are expected to:
- Treat everyone with respect, kindness, and professionalism.
- Support an inclusive environment regardless of skill level, background, identity, or experience.
- Compete fairly and honestly, following all tournament rules and IFPA standards where applicable.
- Communicate clearly and calmly, especially during competitive or stressful moments.
- Respect tournament staff, volunteers, scorekeepers, and rulings made by officials.
- Be mindful of personal space and consent at all times.
- Help create a positive atmosphere that encourages learning, growth, and fun.
3. Unacceptable Behavior
The following behaviours are not permitted:
- Harassment, intimidation, bullying, or discrimination in any form.
- Offensive, derogatory, or sexual language, jokes, gestures, or imagery.
- Unwanted physical contact or invasion of personal space.
- Disruptive behaviour that interferes with gameplay or the enjoyment of others.
- Excessive intoxication or substance use that impacts safety or conduct.
- Cheating, score manipulation, or intentional rule violations.
- Retaliation against anyone who reports a concern in good faith.
4. Sportsmanship & Gameplay
- Respect machines, equipment, and venue property.
- Accept wins and losses with grace.
- Raise rules questions respectfully and through appropriate channels.
- Do not coach or interfere with active players unless permitted by tournament rules.
5. Reporting Concerns
If you experience or witness behaviour that violates this Code of Conduct:
- Report it to a tournament director, organizer, or designated staff member as soon as possible.
Reports will be handled discreetly and taken seriously. You may report concerns for yourself or on behalf of someone else.
6. Consequences
Organizers reserve the right to take any action deemed appropriate, including:
- Verbal warning
- Temporary removal from the tournament area
- Match forfeiture or disqualification
- Removal from the event without refund
- Ban from future events
Consequences will be based on the severity and context of the behaviour.
7. Scope
This Code of Conduct applies to:
- All tournament-related activities
- In-person and online communications related to the event
- Event spaces including venues, after-parties, and official social spaces
8. Shared Responsibility
A great tournament experience is a shared responsibility. We encourage everyone to look out for one another, speak up when something feels off, and help maintain the supportive spirit of women’s pinball.
