Altitude Amusements is hosting a Pinball Super-Selfie League at Lucky’s Lounge (15004 Yellowhead Trail NW, Edmonton, AB) each month. The league will consist of 8 games with unlimited entries until the cutoff and will run a Best Game format. The Super-Selfie League starts August 1 – 31, 2016. You can go down to Lucky’s anytime, and play as many times as you want to get your games in, only your best entry on each machine will be used for your qualifying score. To be eligible to qualify for finals you must have at least 1 entry for each of the 8 tournament machines(arenas) listed in the tournament by September 3rd, 2016.
Playoffs:
The playoff round will held on September 3th 2016, will be a PAPA Match Play playoff consisting of the top 12 qualified players. The top 4 seeds get a bye, top seed in each group will have choice of game (no game can be repeated per group) or position, 2nd seed will get the next choice, etc. Finals format will be PAPA style 3-player groups). Those who do not qualify for “A” division the next 8 qualifiers will be invited to play in the “B” division for prizes to be determined.
The event is IFPA sanctioned and will qualify for points going toward qualifying for the 2017 Alberta Pinball Provincial Championship.
Prizes and trophies are based on participation and there will be a prize for best selfie. All entrants must pre-register and entry is FREE for the league, coin drop is $1 a game.
